Classroom Champions partners classrooms with elite athletes to teach kids social emotional learning.

Classroom Champions empowers children to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Through the mentorship and mindset of world-class athletes, they improve student engagement, build growth mindsets, and inspire positive classroom culture.

Founded by an Olympic Gold Medalist and a PhD Educator - Steve Mesler - Classroom Champions was created and is run by a team dedicated to helping students become better and better. All of our structured, holistic scaled mentorship programs integrate lessons like goal setting, leadership, and community involvement into local curriculum; train and provide around the clock support to teachers; develop athletes as mentors; and engage families as part of the conversation.

Working with 200+ Olympic, Paralympic, university student-athletes, and professional athletes who volunteer as mentors, Classroom Champions has provided more than $10,000,000 in scholarships to Title I, rural, and Indigenous communities across the continent.
