Professional athletes face specific challenges of a fast-wearing and short-term career. According to MoneySense "70 to 90% of a pro athlete’s lifetime earnings will be generated before they turn 35”.

But there's a new trend. Pro athletes are taking their competitive fire from the field and bringing it to the boardroom, building innovative companies, investing in big ideas, and giving back. They want to create off the field impact!

We know that, nowadays, professional athletes have a different DNA:

  • Athletes with growing influence (the advent of social media has enabled individual athletes to engage directly with their fans and create their own personal brands).
  • Access to business opportunities.
  • Athletes as high net with individuals.
  • Educated athletes.

My commitment is to produce content to entertain, educate, and inspire the sports industry and beyond about how athletes are building a f*cking legacy through their business ventures, investments, and impact.

I'll be referring a lot in the next weeks about active and retired professional athletes entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists.
